1. Appointment Reservation

All appointments booked require a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged, but it is required to reserve appointments. I will only charge it if you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of my cancellation policy, which is listed below.

 

2. Cancellation policy:

​

I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours result in a fee of 50%. No-shows will result in a fee of 100%. I understand that life can get in the way, so know that I will work with you if an exception seems appropriate.

6. Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

 

YES! Product build-up and natural oils can interfere with your coloring service. Washing prior to your appointment will ensure I am providing you with a great result!

7. What are your working hours? 

​

Tuesday & Thursday: 10 am - 7 pm 

Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
